The first runner-up was Alona Sendetska. The second runner-up was Daryna Musiyenko. She was crowned by Ekaterina Zakharchenko, Miss Ukraine 2010. During the pageant the celebrity panel of judges included American hotel heiress Paris Hilton, Belgian martial arts champion and actor Jean-Claude Van Damme, Russian socialite Kseniya Sobchak, Ukrainian gymnastics champion Anna Bessonova, and Irish Miss World 2003 Rosanna Davison.

Yaroslava Kuryacha will going to London to represent her country, Ukraine in the upcoming Miss World 2011 Pageant this November 6, 2011.
