Pilipinas. A side from the Bb. Pilipinas-Universe, Bb. Pilipinas-International and Bb. Pilipinas-Tourism crown, this year new title and crown will be given to the most deserving lady at the end of the event and that is the Bb. Pilipinas-Supranational.

These four lucky ladies that will win the crown will also be the official representative of the Philippines in the upcoming Miss Universe 2012, Miss International, Miss Tourism Queen 2012 and Miss Supranational 2012.
